Ronald Amey, New York designer, stands with Dorothy Guidry (Mrs. Warren P. Knowles, wife of the newly re-elected Wisconsin governor Warren P. Knowles) and Sister John Francis (president of Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin). At the right is the inaugural gown that Amey designed for Mrs. Knowles to wear to her husband's inaugural ball in early 1967. After the ball, Mrs. Knowles presented the dress to Mount Mary College, at which time this picture was taken.
