A. Brown silk taffeta dress; V-neckline; small rolled collar; long sleeves; shirred rounded panels at midriff to hipline; very full gathered skirt drops from panels. Worn with petticoat (Object ID #1985.31.b).

Worn by the donor's mother, Estelle Collins Naughton, as a "Mother of the Bride" dress at the donor's wedding on November 27, 1954.
