Slightly fitted jacket; stand-away shaped mandarin collar; attached flat collar underneath; set-in three quarter sleeves; graduated-size bound buttonholes down front; top three buttons in metal with a mock royal British seal, two ruby colored stones in crown, a Latin inscription, and "This is an Irene" below insignia.
