Teal and black window pane check suit jacket and skirt of British worsted wool tweed. A. Jacket; notched collar; three black buttons and bound buttonholes high under collar; set-in three-quarter length sleeves ending in slit cuffs; long darts in front; low self belt over pocket; button closure at side seam; underlined in teal silk. Label: "Irene" script on beige silk. B. Skirt; straight silhouette; darts on self belt with four inch slit for freedom in movement on either side. C. Shaded teal, white, and black silk print shell overblouse; jewel neckline; sleeveless; center back zipper; lined in teal silk.
