Navy blue silk chiffon dance dress; blue satin bandeau ending in large bow at center front, slight thread pulls; draped and fitted midriff; seamless dolman sleeves fit over bandeau; satin straps are different shade of blue than chiffon and satin bandeau; keyhole closed by one covered button at center back; very full skirt over silk crepe. This item was created by Norman Norell for Traina-Norell fashion house.
