Rust colored plain weave blouse; floral print of yellow beige, pink, beige, and blue mums and petunias and green leaves; attached tie at neck; shoulder yoke; center front placket with red button invisible opening; set-in pleated sleeves with band cuffs; one red button on each cuff, each side is missing an additional button; hip length.
