Navy lace party dress; standing collar of gathered navy lace; twisty, zig-zag wire inserted into collar to make it stand; long leg-o-mutton sleeves, gathered ruffle at wrist; plain bodice front; hip yoke; 2 gathered ruffles; 3 closures of small bows at back bodice; center back zipper at skirt; taffeta ribbon belt at center front, lined with navy organza slip; underlined with nylon tulle; knee length.
