This was in response to the "Letter from Sister Ellen Lorenz and Sister Luetta Wolf to faculty, December 8, 1983" (linked below).

(According to the fashion show program from spring 1974, there were five faculty members that year, including the four names listed on this item, and the name "Stowell" doesn't appear in the fashion show programs under "Faculty" in any other program 1972-1982.)
