B. Pink, yellow, and green grosgrain ribbon belt; 5/8 inch wide.

According to an email from the donor: "The dress I donated was an original one [Oscar de la Renta] made for his Fashion Show, a sample piece which he later gave me after I was able to wear it to a black tie event in New York. My husband worked with him on a fragrance."
