  • Fashion illustration of two women in black and white illustration. First wears a strapless jumpsuit with a ruched bust that then is flowy and ruches again at the ankles. The second wears an off the shoulder dress that has excess fabric at the neckline, the waist, and at the edge of the long skirt. Back reads, “p 18 designs by Pam Paulus Joan Strabel.” No date, artist listed as Strabel. Pen and tape on board. Measurements: 11 x 14 inches.  

    This artwork was featured in the 1978 Fashion Show Program, "Sculptured Softly". Pamela Paulus (Class of 1978) and Joan Strabel were Fashion students at Mount Mary in the late 1970s. It is unknown whether Joan Strabel graduated from the program.

On the left the woman wears a visor and a dark long sleeved and long pants set with lighter stripes at the bust, high arm, hips, and above and below the knees. The one on the right wears a grey toned hat with ruching at the brim and a long sleeved sweater and pants that hit below the knee with tall socks. There is ruching from the top of the turtleneck to a rounded edge above the bust, at the hips, and where the pants stop below the knees. The back reads, “p 4 designs by Vicki Fritsch Cindy Szarafinski”. There is no date and the artist is Paulus, which refers to Pam Paulus. Watercolor, marker, and charcoal on board. Measurements: 11 x 14 inches.

The second wears a calf length coat with a collar over a skirt and a peplum top. Seemingly same subjects as 2025.01.59. No date, artist is Pam Paulus. Charcoal and marker on board. Measurements: 11 x 14 inches. 

    Pamela Paulus was a Fashion Design major, Class of 1979.

The second wears a cropped jacket with plaid lapels and wide elbow length sleeves over a full dark skirt. Black and white illustration. On the back reads, “p 9 Designs by Kristine Bradley Pam Paulus.” There is no year, the artist is labeled as Herzberg. Watercolor, pencil, pen, and oil on board. Measurements: 13 x 19 inches. Same subjects as 2025.01.66. 

    This artwork was featured in the 1978 Fashion Show Program, "Sculptured Softly". Jean Herzberg, Kristine Bradley, and Pamela Paulus were all Fashion design majors, Class of 1978.

The other is a side view of another flowy dress with a square neckline and a flower in the model’s hair. These images are in black and white and there is no date. The artist name is Toth. Measurements: 11 x 17 inches

    This artwork was featured in the 1977 Fashion Show Program, "Projections". The illustration features designs by Tracey Toth (Class of 1977) and Pamela Paulus (Class of 1978).
