This dress has features similar to Florence Eiseman's "Functional Fashions" line for children with disabilities from the early 1960s. It is unknown if this dress was officially part of that line or merely uses similar design elements. -

B. White leather belt; oval-shaped white buckle with navy blue edging; "Galanos" printed inside.
