Navy blue silk charmeuse evening gown; high banded neckline, fits tight to throat; sleeveless; low-cut armscyes front and back; empire waistline; 1 inch band and tie at waist, trimmed with silver ring; floor length. Originally worn with a matching scarf which is missing. -
