Off-white cotton wedding dress with cotton lace trim; natural waistline; bateau neckline; short sleeves; pin tucking on sleeves, bust, and long vertical panels on skirt; very full skirt with deep pleats; linen bows down center back are attached over center back zipper with snaps; heavily embellished with cotton lace appliqué along neckline, at empire waist, around natural waistline, and down vertical panels on skirt; interior tulle crinoline. No label.
Worn by donor Constance Busch (neé Coburn) for her first marriage to Gordon Stuart on June 11, 1960. -

White 4-ply silk crepe wedding helmet; fits close to head; dips low in back; self-fabric band and bow in back; lined in white silk shantung.
