Blouse and underdress without overdress
B. Black brushed silk underdress; back is brushed silk, front is taffeta; sleeveless taffeta bodice. C. Ivory organza blouse; worn backwards to fill in "V" of overdress; ruffled neckline and sleeve cuffs; snap and hook and eye closures.
Worn with overdress (Object ID #1983.193.a) to form three piece ensemble. Ensemble was worn with cape (Object ID #1983.212).
Worn by Lynn Fontanne. Made by Lynn Fontanne using a Jacques Griffe Vogue pattern, which she reworked to give the overdress a deep V back. The ensemble was originally worn with a white ruffled dickey. Donor was the niece of Lynn Fontanne and Alfred Lunt. -

Child's blue and white striped seersucker right shoe; rounded toe; white laces; hard sole; yellow and white striped toe. Worn with sunsuit (Object ID #2022.04.25.a) and hat (Object ID #2022.04.25.b). Likely there is only one shoe because this outfit was kept by the company as a sample. -

Worn by Lynn Fontanne. Purchased at the auction of Lynn Fontanne's estate using funds from Mount Mary alumnae. -

One wears a blue floral dress, another a red and white floral jumpsuit, the third wears a black top and red and white gingham skirt with 1920s style cloche, the fourth wears a mod turtleneck and leggings with a black and white striped mini dress on top, the fifth wears a long loodr white hanbok style dress with red polka dots, and the final two wear 1920s inspired Art Deco style blue and purple outfits. Watercolor, marker, pastels, and pen on board. Signed "Kathie Enright" at bottom right. Measurements: 17 x 20 inches.
Kathie Enright was a Fashion Design major, Class of 1971. -

A letter from Judith H. Eiseman, daughter-in-law of Florence Eiseman and public relations manager of Florence Eiseman Inc., to Sister Ellen Lorenz, president of Mount Mary College. The letter was written for the Eiseman family and expresses their appreciation of the Gold Needle Award event (where Florence Eiseman received Mount Mary's Gold Needle Award) and of the award itself. -

Possibly from the Spring 1987 collection, since the colors and motifs are similar to Object ID #2022.04.23.a and Object ID #2022.04.23.b. -

The embroidery matches Florence Eiseman's handwriting.
