  • Ivory saint tent dress with large scale light brown voided silk velvet floral design; very small collar; front and back yoke; 2 button center back closure; invented pleat at center back; bishop sleeves with 1 button cuffs; 2 patch pockets with top flaps at hipline; flared skirt; knee length.
  • Ivory striped wool plain weave short coat; stripes are brown and dark yellow; jewel neck; center front opening with 3 large bone buttons and bound buttonholes; three-quarter length set-in padded sleeves; side seams open from waist; attached self-fabric belt that ties in back; lined in ivory silk crepe. Worn with Dress, Object ID #2004.03.395.A, to form ensemble.
  • Light green silk brocade coatdress; 14th century Italian "Bizarre" pattern in black, brown, green, pink, and beige, outlined in gold metallic thread; hidden button front closure; large self-fabric covered buttons on sleeves and pocket tabs; princess line; very large skirt; attached black silk taffeta lined ascot; motifs are perfectly matched across seams; mini length.
  • Black silk tissue taffeta fit and flare cocktail dress; halter neckline with multiple pleats and intricate seaming through the bustline, two pieces of fabric off of the center back, natural waist dipping at the center back, flare skirt cut on the bias with small pleats, midcalf length. Completely hand over-cast and hand rolled hems. Worn by Valentina.
  • Pale blue flocked organdy cocktail dress; ground is pale blue with black flocking in floral sprays throughout, diagonal darts for shaping, boned at side seams, normal waist dipping to center back, flare skirt, bias cut, tea length, center back zipper. Most of flocking has detached. Several beige colored stains on skirt. Worn by Valentina.
  • Black silk brocade cocktail dress; black floral damask of rose bouquets in twill. Sheath-style sleeveless dress; bateau neckline with deep center front slit. Bodice shaped with both vertical and horizontal darting, deep plunging V-back, center back zipper closure with a fabric loop over the top of the zipper, unlined. Worn by Valentina.

  • Black silk brocade cocktail dress; stemmed rose and leaf motif; Bateau neckline dipping to low "V" in back; 17" long concealed center back zipper, hand-overcast; dolman sleeves with deep gussets; princess style; dropped waistline; self-draping on hip gathered into arch at center front; large self-bow at center back with long pointed and lined streamers; center back slit for ease in walking.

  • Black silk faille cocktail dress; deep V-neckline; graduated-size silk petals 24 inches down center front, top petal topped with a white piqué petal; 14 inch long center zipper; fitted waistline; soft pleats over hipline; vertical bound and slashed pockets on either hip; two-piece dolman sleeves with diagonal dart from side seam and padding; straight slim silhouette; center back seam; front slit for ease of movement.

Two belt loops with no belt. This item was created by Norman Norell for Traina-Norell fashion house.
  • Brown silk chiffon sequined cocktail dress; sheath style; standing collar; natural waistline with attached sequin belt with bow at left side front; straight sleeves with zippers at hems; knee length; china silk lining; section of bead loss at lower right skirt; "Mermaid" gown.
