Gold ring hat; small, flat green grosgrain bow at center front. Worn with dress (Object ID #1967.01). Worn by donor, Mrs. Frances Howard Robb, at the wedding of her son Charles Spittal Robb to Lynda Bird Johnson, the daughter of President Lyndon B. Johnson and Lady Bird Johnson, at the White House, December 9, 1967. Designed by Sister Aloyse Hessburg. -
Cloche
White silk shantung cloche with green and pale peach polka dots; crown is four pieces; studs in pink, white, and light green on crown; hat band of pink grosgrain ribbon with large bow at side front; crown has channel stitching; lined in pink silk. -
Clutch purse
Green and blue striped linen clutch purse; brown leather piping. -
Two piece ensemble
Grayish green leather ensemble. A. Tunic; scoop neckline; sleeveless; two center front side pockets; hip length; green china silk lining; fringe at hem. B. Fitted capri pants; no waistband; side zipper closure, gold leather loop closure over zipper; below knee length. -
Coat
Dark green leather A-line coat; mandarin collar; straight, long sleeves; 1 1/2 inch band down center front, on sleeve hems, and on coat hem; hidden front snap closing; set-in band belt at waistline with gold buckle at center front; two bound pockets at an angle; ankle length. -
Three piece ensemble
A. Pea green leather tabard; pilgrim buckle closure under each arm; lined in wool jersey. B. Pea green leather skirt; four gores. C. Light green cashmere sweater; funnel neck.

Evening gown
A. Green, bronze, and black plaid silk satin evening gown; tight-fitting bodice of green and black plaid; off-the-shoulder sleeves attached to bodice with fabric strips, stitched at upper arm, then released into fullness and stitched again at sleeve hems; voluminous skirt; pleated 1.5 inches from waistline, released into deep pleat effect; back zipper closure. Label: "Bruyere Paris Place Vendome". B. Black patent leather belt; four inches wide.
