Designed by Cindy Gefke, member of Mount Mary's first Fashion design graduating class in 1969. The coat was purchased by Judy Klemensrud of the New York Times, who gave it to her friend, donor Aileen Ryan. -

Yellow chiffon velvet cape; smocked shoulders and center back; center front panels form collar, knot, and drop into center back panels; staining at back collar section.
Worn by a member of the Kohler or House families. -
