Jacket; slightly fitted; stand-away shaped mandarin collar; attached flat collar underneath; set-in three quarter sleeves; graduated-size bound buttonholes down front; top three buttons in metal with a mock royal British seal, two ruby colored stones in crown, a Latin inscription, and "This is an Irene" below insignia; pocket flaps; slightly fitted back with center vent; underlined in gold silk crepe. B. Slim skirt; center back kick pleat and flap; zipper on left-hand side; attached black crepe underskirt.
