Black straw cartwheel hat; fine straw crown; cartwheel brim of black and red stylized floral silk georgette with boning at outer edge; designed to fold into figure eight for travel and resort wear. The brim is twenty-five inches in diameter. Donor was Frank Olive's sister. -

Gold silk and faille taffeta dress; A-line construction; asymmetrical closure with hip zipper and four bound buttonholes; small stand-up collar; 3/4 length sleeves; fully lined.
Worn with matching hat (Object ID #1967.02). Worn by donor, Mrs. Frances Howard Robb, at the wedding of her son Charles Spittal Robb to Lynda Bird Johnson, the daughter of President Lyndon B. Johnson and Lady Bird Johnson, at the White House, December 9, 1967.

Black synthetic yarn shawl; triangular crochet with 9 inch fringe. Donor Rosemary Wachowiak, was Frank Olive's sister. -

Black lace overblouse; band collar with ruffle; bell sleeves with scalloped caps; cuffs embellished with flat black sequins; sequins also hand-applied to front of blouse.

Red silk moire grosgrain ribbon belt; 3 inches wide; fastens at center front with snaps and hook and eyes; flat bow, streamers, and large black silk cabbage rose flower at center front.

Made by donor, Mary Fulop Nowakowski, Mount Mary Fashion Design graduate, class of 1974. Created for the 1973 Mount Mary Fashion show. -

Tan and white geometric abstract printed silk twill dress; standing collar; halter neckline; empire waistline; flared skirt; ball buttons and loops at center front.
Made by Mount Mary Fashion student Sharon Lipinski. -
Evening gown
Pale gray satin evening gown; spaghetti straps covered in bar and round rhinestones; princess seams; high waistline; covered button and loop closure in back; trained A-line skirt, backed in white organza; couture techniques with hand-finishing.
Created by Kelly Frohrib in Sister Aloyse Hessburg's couture class, but never picked up. -
Evening gown
Black crepe evening gown; slip style; "Brancusi" inset with black velvet zig-zag down body; left breast covered in velvet; slit at center back skirt; invisible zipper closure at center side.
