Evening gown
Black silk faille strapless evening gown; Natural waist; horizontal and vertical seaming, darts and boning in bodice; two turned back triangular pieces above bust have hand-appliquéd velvet leaves; Full length, flared skirt has pockets in seams at side center front. Completely hand-overcast and finished. Worn with evening bolero (Object ID #1995.335). -

Forest green suede dress; V-neckline, sleeveless, columnar silhouette, gathered at the natural waist, belt loops at the side seams, decorated with appliqués that appear to be feathers and small real feathers, asymmetrical decorations, center front slit is decorated with feathers and appliqués, ankle length, no hem, uneven. B. Forest green suede tie belt. -
Koos van den Akker coat
A. Bright yellow-orange mohair coat; asymmetrical roll collar, trapeze silhouette, two large plastic buttons on each shoulder, long set-in sleeves, midcalf length, unlined. B. Matching mohair capelet; decorated with appliqués in blue, purple, and green mohair and blue printed cotton. Edged in yellow leather, buttons on the right shoulder over the coat.

Lars Nilsson evening gown
Red silk charmeuse sheath evening gown; embellished in geometric woven designs in white and dark red and black and white bugle beads, Appliques of red and black velvet, jewel neckline, sleeveless, darts at waist, slight train at center back, center back zipper, ankle length, lined. From the Bill Blass Fall Ready-to-Wear line (for the fashion house Bill Blass Limited), designed by Swedish designer Lars Nilsson. This gown was the finale outfit of the runway show.

B. Straight skirt; 3 1/2 inch wide appliquéd bias-band near hemline; darts and gathers on self- fabric band; left side zipper. -

A. Dark red and black striped wool jacket; straight; no closures; pointed collar; three-quarter set-in sleeves; split cuffs; long double row of self-fabric appliquéd scrolls on either side of front; underlined in red silk. B. Underdress; dark red and black striped wool straight skirt; attached to black silk bodice; sleeveless; nineteen inch long black zipper closure; attached petticoat. C. Dark red wool blouse; rounded neckline front and back; cap sleeves and godets; eighteen inch long hand-overcast center back zipper; slightly fitted with tucks; black silk underlining. -

Zipper teeth have given out.
