    Deborah Vieiralves was a Fashion Department graduate, Class of 1977. It is unknown if she majored in Fashion Design or Fashion Merchandising.

    This piece was attributed to Ann Lowe by the donor at the time of donation. There are no labels or markings. It is beautifully constructed, but other than the high quality and donor attribution, there is no other way to verify if this coat was in fact designed by Lowe.

    Possibly an Ann Lowe gown based on the distinctive lace trim construction on the interior hem, a signature finishing technique frequently used by Lowe.
