This dress is from Florence Eiseman's "Functional Fashions" line for children with disabilities from the early 1960s. -

Jacket; polished tricot brown and black floral vest and trim attached as embellishment on jacket extending to back, shawl collar, slight shoulder pads, long set-in two-piece sleeves, sleeve back is floral tricot, patch pockets on chest with buttoned flap, center front closure of four buttons, buttons are silver tone with similar floral motif in khaki and black, lined in taupe taffeta. B. Pants; contour waistband, center front fly zipper, slash single welt pocket in front, long narrow legs with zipper in back, eight buttons on each leg up the side seam from the hem, unlined.
