  Dark red felted wool coat; long sleeves with raglan seams; .5 inch wide flap coming out of seam (toward the neck) from mid-seam to back neck; collar is lower half of a notched lapel, folding into the center front opening; a seam comes down from either armpit, leading into pockets at waist; center back seam; no closures; label: "Geoffrey Beene".

• Cocktail dress

  Black rayon and sequin cocktail dress; dutch collar; 5 seams extending from center front neck outwards to waist before turning into pleats; additional small pleat on either side near side seam; black sequins mimic the shape of a bolero jacket, rounded at the front and extending down the long sleeves, with the hem being the faux "hem"; 1.5 inch wide cuffs made of self-fabric; 22.5 inch long center back zipper closure; collar connects to itself in back with hook and eye; above the knee length. Tag: "Geoffrey Beene, New York".
