Black bodice with round yoke neckline, button front closure. Tapered sleeves with inverted pleat at shoulder line. Paired with gathered orange pencil skirt, side zipper closure.

Givenchy Printed Leopard Maxi Length Overcoat
Floor length coat with small rolled collar and long sleeves. Printed in shades of hot pink, large scale leopards printed across garment. Center front button closure. Lined, size 12. -
Evening coat
Black silk satin cardigan evening coat with large cut velvet flower design; neck built up, no front closure, single welt inseam pockets, straight short sleeves, flange down center back, underlined with silk organza, completely hand-overcast and finished. Worn by Valentina. Possibly 1940s fabric re-made into a coat. -
Skirt
Black silk satin wrap-around over-skirt; worn with the opening at center front, does not completely close. Extended ties fasten at center front, bustle-like effect at center back with pleated and weighted material, Made from one continuous piece of fabric, full length. Design was still in progress. Possibly worn over pink taffeta skirt (Object ID #2008.01.44). Worn by Valentina. -

Dark red and black silk satin patchwork ensemble; large scale checkered pattern, squares are 4 inches. A. Bodice; asymmetrically draped, off the shoulder, long sleeves, pointed waistline in front, center back zipper, internal black corset. B. Skirt; asymmetrically draped, knee length, side zipper. -

Turquoise satin wrap evening gown; deep V-neckline to waist at both front and back; thin strap at base of neck at neck connects front and back; sleeveless; overlap that snaps in front at waist; 3 covered button closure at center back waistline; draped skirt open from waist to hem in both front and back; deep pleats over hips; ankle length. "Beginning Impressions" tag. B. Turquoise chiffon and satin striped cocoon style jacket; thin gold stripe fabric; fabric gathered into neck edge and wrist edges; edges bound with turquoise satin; button and loop closures at wrists; not lined; couture techniques throughout.
