    Barbara Newby Borgwardt was a Fashion Design major, Class of 1970. She later served as a member of the Fashion Department faculty at Mount Mary after she graduated. This piece was completed while she was a faculty member teaching Fashion Illustration.

    Barbara Newby Borgwardt was a Fashion Design major, Class of 1970. She later served as a member of the Fashion Department faculty at Mount Mary after she graduated. This piece might have been completed while she was a faculty member teaching Fashion Illustration. From the style of garment pictured, this appears to have been completed in the 1980s.
